1When is the last day to register?
The last day to register for the Virtual Perth Running Festival is the 1st of February 2021.
2When is the last day to submit your time?
The 1st of February 2021 at midnight is the cut-off for run time submissions.
3How do I obtain my race bib?
When you register for the Virtual Perth Running Festival you will be sent an email with a link to download your bib. You will need to print off your bib and print your name on it if you would like to wear it while running your distance.
4How many attempts do I get of running my distance?
Yes, as many times as you like from when you register until the last day of registration.
5How many results can I submit?
As many as you want, your best will automatically update before the cut off date being the 1st of February 2021
6How do I record my time?
You can record your race on any GPS tracking device, a phone or timer.
7Are there separate medals for each distance?
There are two medals available: One for completing any distance of the virtual run. And a special Fat Cat Challenge medal for completing every distance of the virtual run.
8Where can I donate?
When you register you have the option to create a fundraising page. Where you can donate and allow your family and friends to donate to Telethon.
9Can I still run if I don’t donate?
Yes, you can run the race purely for fun or for a medal without donating or creating a fundraising page.
10Do I need to be in Perth to enter?
No! You can enter from anywhere, but note that Medal pickup is at the Rebel store at Optus Stadium in Perth, and at this time there is no postal option for medal deliveries.
11What if my GPS device didn’t track my race?
That is not an issue. If you know your time you can submit it or try record your run again!
12Do I have to upload my results within a certain timeframe?
Yes, you have to upload your results from when you register until the 1st of February 2021
