1Can I Add Postage To My Registration?
Bib Postage has now closed, if you missed the deadline of September 3rd, 12pm then you must collect your bib from Race Bib Collection. There is no bib pickup on race day.
2When is the last day to register?
Saturday 11th October 2025. However, all distances are now sold out. Please join the waitlist for your desired event.
3When is Race Bib Collection?
All participants who have not opted to have their race bibs posted to them and paid for their postage will have to attend the Race Bib Collection to collect their bibs prior to event day.

Race Pack Collection is at Optus Stadium in the Eastern Atrium, on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th October. Open times below:

FRI 10th October - 10:00am to 7:00pm

SAT 11th October - 8:00am to 4:00pm
4Do children need to be accompanied?
Yes, children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.

6Wheelchair Use
Non-Racing wheelchairs can compete in the 4KM and 10km events. However for your safety and others we recommend affixing a flag to your wheelchair and starting from the read of the starting field in each event.
7Is there postage available for my parcel pack?
Bib Postage has now closed, if you missed the deadline of September 3rd, 12pm then you must collect your bib from Race Bib Collection. There is no bib pickup on race day.
8When will my race pack be posted out?
Race packs will be posted after the postal cutoff the week of 8th September.
9Can I drop off my clothes before the race?
We offer a clothing drop off service for all participants, available only at Pack Pick Up as you collect your bib. There will be no clothing drop off on Race Day.
10I am no longer able to participate in the event. Can I withdraw and get a refund?
You can withdraw from the event, however refunds are not available for cancellations as per our terms and conditions. You can however transfer your registration to another person online at no additional cost.

11Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
You may transfer your registration online to another entrant at no additional cost. You may change your registration online to another race (unless the race has reached capacity) at no additional cost, provided that you pay any increased difference in the amount between your new race and your entered race. If downgrading your race distance, refunds will not be given for the difference in entry fees. Any registrations transferred after August 23rd 2025 must have their bib collected at the Race Expo.

12I have lost or never received my confirmation email, can I have it resent?
If you have accidentally entered the wrong email, please send us an email with your details, and we can update your registration from the admin area.
13Do I need to wear my race bib while on course?
You must wear your assigned race bib for emergency and security reasons while also giving you your official race time and access to Marathon Photos post event.
14If I change my event, what do I do with my current race bib?
If you have changed event length or wave and have received your bib via a postal pack, you will be required to attend the Expo to swap the bib.
15I’ve already registered but I want to join a team.
Please follow this link and login to your race roster account, once logged in you can view your registration, including whether or not you are a part of a team, and you can add a team additionally.
16Are there Aid Stations on course?
Yes there are aid stations along each course. Full list of amenities and specific aid station locations for each distance are below:

17Can I run with my dog?
Only official guide, support or working dogs are allowed on course. No other animals will be allowed.
18Can I have a supporter ride a bike next to me?
No personal support riders or bike riders within the vicinity of runners are permitted on course. It is the responsibility of each athlete while running to ensure that no bikes are on the course near the runners. Any transgression will result in disqualification from the event.
19How do I transfer my event?
You can transfer your registration to a different distance or to another entrant HERE

20What time does the event conclude?
The event concludes at 1pm with the event village open until 2pm *Subject to change
21Where will the runners finish and can I watch?
The runners will finish inside the stadium on the turf. Gates D, D & E will be open for spectators to enter the venue and watch from the Level 1 west seating bowl, between aisles 126 and 135.
22Will other patron security checks be conducted?
Security staff will be in the stadium seating bowl, field of play and Northern Oval precinct.
23Will there be food and drink to purchase?
Food and beverage will be available to purchase from food trucks on the Northern Oval and at City View Cafe (open 7:00am - 3:00pm)

24Will first aid be on site?
St Johns medical crews will be present inside the stadium and Stadium Park (Northern Oval and roaming around Gate D)
25Is the stadium a smoke-free venue?
Smoking and vaping inside the stadium is prohibited. Smoking and vaping is permitted external to the venue, 5m from the gates.

27Is public transport included in my registration?
Yes, all Perth Running Festival registrants are entitled to free public transport on race day, with some early morning trains running to get you to the start line on time, just wear your race bib and hop on board!

28Can I use a hydration vest?
The use of Hydration Vests with internal or external water bladders are NOT permitted.

Only hydration vests which use clear soft flasks on the chest no more than 1litre volume per flask are permitted
